Who can list
Basic listings are free for approved Konnected Minds community members who operate a business, freelance service or side business. Formal company incorporation is not a blanket requirement; you remain responsible for legal requirements applicable to your activity. Multiple businesses may share a category. Aspiring founders can join community learning without a listing.
Review and accuracy
You must be an owner, co-owner or authorised representative and submit accurate details. The team checks community participation, authority and profile completeness before approval. We may request corrections or decline misleading, unlawful or incomplete listings. Approval confirms network participation, not service quality or guaranteed commercial outcomes.
What becomes public
Only the business profile you preview and explicitly approve is eligible for publication. Business enquiry channels entered in that profile are public and can be accessed by anyone. Avoid home addresses and sensitive personal information. Existing private applications are not automatically published.
What stays private
Your administrative name, email, community membership, business role, optional support answers, update preferences and change requests are available only to authorised Konnected Minds administrators. We use them for application review, listing administration and relevant support planning. Optional support answers do not determine basic listing approval. Private contact lists are not sold or passed to sponsors. Sponsor contact requires separate permission for the specific opportunity.
Saved drafts
New application drafts are stored locally in this browser, not emailed or shared between devices. Use the Clear saved draft option to remove them. Submitting removes the local draft; administrators retain the submitted application for review and network administration.
Updates and your choices
Programme updates are optional and unticked by default. You can request corrections, removal or withdrawal of update permission using the update/removal option on your public listing. Include your administrative email so our team can verify your authority. For a pending application, reply to the team’s review message. Changes are reviewed before being applied.
Support and paid experiences
Community access and basic listings remain free. Separate gatherings, specialist programmes or services may carry a stated price. Expressing interest does not commit you to payment. Listings do not guarantee customers, funding, referrals or ongoing mentoring.
